Jimmy Wong first began operating Freshlink Australia in 2006. Jimmy has expertise and passion for quality and excellence and has grown Freshlink Australia into the proud and successful business it is today. Since then his two sons Joseph and Jeremy have come into the fold and together this family strives to give their customers the best possible produce and service.

We take great pride in providing our customers with a great value product and the simplicity of knowing where their food is coming from. All of our produce is grown locally here in Western Australia where we follow strict growing, harvesting and packing regulations.
With a background as an electrician and in mechanical engineering, Joseph Wong spearheaded the construction of numerous machineries on our production line. Many of which were built in-house or by local West Australian companies. These include: our hydrocooler, water filtration systems and water management.
We invest heavily into research and development with a focus on increasing production and efficiency, without compromising product quality.

Quality Certifications
Freshlink Australia has built a reputation for supplying our customers with the highest quality fruit and vegetables available.
To ensure quality standards are always maintained, we operate under SQF guidelines and undergo regular audits to maintain our strict high levels of quality. SQF is a globally recognised food safety and quality certification program.
In addition to this we have our very own in house AO (Plant Export Authorised Officer).
All AOs undergo training and accreditation to perform export inspections and certifications in accordance with Australian export legislation. These AO’s are authorised by Australian Government officials under the Export Control Act 1982.
They are trained to carry out inspections with the highest safety and quality standards giving customers the confidence they are receiving high standard produce. AOs are also subject to regular audits by the Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment.

The transport and logistics are handled by local WA owned and operated family businesses.
We supply to a variety of customers both domestically and internationally during its journey to the customer we ensure the cool chain is continued by the use of temperature controls.
